Recruiter must know all the current trends in the market. Knowledge on market information, client information and the current openings. Information about the client, their culture, their work, revenue are very essential. The current opening and the kind of people they require, the companies which work on similar skills helps to narrow the search and get right talent.

Uniqueness

Make your sites look interesting and unique. Add your hobbies, interests and your favorite topics. Give enough information about you. Make the background look interesting and good images. Cautious

Sometime social networking and internet marketing creates nuisance to others. There are so many agencies which is going for e-marketing.
