Job Description

• Setting up phones on the Cisco/Avaya/ Nortel platforms
• Adding new phones, Removing of phones, swapping of phone from one station to other in ASA (Avaya Site Administrator), CMS and Nice
• Provisioning/Deprovisioning Voicemail
• Adding and removing of voice mail, changing and assigning COR for Avaya telephony user using Octel Tool. Responsible to take care of basic things in Nice and CMS Application
• Monitor Voice network, Trunk Group and call legs on PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Manager Provide customer solution in the Area of Network Ensure Team meets SLA signed with the customer working with Change and Problem management
